I offer full body Swedish massage ( for those looking to relax and indulge), Deep tissue ( if you are looking for a more intense pressure), Relaxing soft/light ( for those who need to forget about the world). Swedish massage
Swedish massage focus on full body relaxation and uses gentle and gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses light, soft to medium pressure. It’s good for general relaxation, first-time massage, stress- related tension.

Deep tissue involves slower, deep strokes, firm pressure, and relieve chronic pain, stiffness. It’s helps to loosen tight muscles and relax trigger points that cause knots and pulled muscles.

This is combination of Swedish + deep tissue work and designed for clients seeking pain relief in specific muscle areas while still the grounding and relaxation that Swedish massage provides.
